The Town of Holly Ridge Parks, Trails and Open Space Master Plan will be presented at the November 9th, 2021, Town Council Meeting. The purpose of the Holly Ridge Parks, Trails and Open Space Master Plan is to provide a vision and framework for improving and expanding recreational facilities and opportunities over the next ten years.
